Since 2009 the "U.S.A." is paying 1,52 billion dollars annually to the Agent Orange victims for their NATO crimes with Agent Orange contamination. It took 40 years until the criminal "U.S.A." also granted compensation to Vietnamese and not only to their own "U.S." victims in the "U.S.A."

Text 1: "U.S." veterans get compensation, the Vietnamese not
Speech by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Binh, Honorary President of the Society for Agent Orange Victim and Dioxin, at the conference in favor of Vietnamese Agent Orange victimn, held on July 25, 2004 in Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City): "U.S." agent Orange victim receive compensation, Vietnamese victims not.Text:
"...In the coming time, together with the Front of the Fatherland and all the people, the Association of Orange Agent victims hope to mobilize the majority of the people in the country to actively provide more supports to the victims of Orange toxicsfor alleviating their misery and sufferings.
On the other hand, we think that the USA should acknowledge the consequences caused by Orange Agent to Vietnamese people, and should implement their resposibiliteis in spiritual and material aspects to Vietnamese victims in the samke way as they have done to the American veterans victims. No excuse can justify that those who sat on the planes and spread toxics have been considered as catching or contracting disease, while those who had been spread toxics on their heads or had to use the food and water mixed with toxics have not been recognized. This is an extremely severe violation of hunman rights.
In immediate time, the manufacturers of chemical toxics, including inter alia the dioxins of high toxicity for supply to the American army shall have to meet the requests of the Orange Agent victims, to make satisfactory compensations to them. THe aspirations and requests of Vietnam are extremely legitimate, being in accordance with ethics and international laws."
(Speech delivered by Mrs. Nguyen Thi Binh, honor President of Dioxin Orange Agent victims Association, at the Conference in support to Vietnam Orange Agent Victims held on 25 July, 2004 in Ho Chi Minh City).
Text 2: The criminal "U.S." government and the criminal pharmaceutical companies must pay for the damage caused by Agent Orange: 1.52 billion Dollar per year since 2009
Excerpt from the Summary of the Board of Decision-Making - International People's Tribunal in favor of Vietnamese Agent Orange victims, May 15-16, 2009, Paris, France
Text:
"The US war in Vietnam was an illegal war of aggression The massive spraying of Agent Orange / Dioxin on the southern part of Vietna mand the massive bombardemnet of the northern part of Vietnam demonstrated that the United STates violated the UN Charter mandate to refrain from the use of force in international relations. THe Chemical companies knew their Dioxin-laced products would be used in Vietnam; yet they continued to manufacture and supply these agents with very high levels of Dioxin to the US government. By providing poisonous weapons, these companies in question were involved in the war crimes committed by the US government. Also, the use of illegal weapons in an illegal war has caused so much pain, suffering and anguish to at least 3 to 4 million Vietnamese and their families.
-- The United States Government is guilty of the offenses listed above and determines that the damage to the environment of Vietnam can be defined as "ecocide";
-- The Chemical companies who were charged in the summons and complaint are guilty of complicity in the offenses listed above.
-- The United States Government and the Chemical companies which manufactured and supplied Agent Orange must fully compensate the victims of Agent Orange and their families. The US Government and the Chemical companies must also perform remedial work to the environment to remove the contamination of DIoxin from the soil and the water, and especially from the "hot spots" around former US military bases. The amount of $1.52 billion a year being paid by the United States Government to the US Vietnam veteran victims of Agent Orange can be employed as a guide for the calculation performed by the Agent Orange Comission."
