Since 2009 the "U.S.A." is paying 1,52 billion dollars annually to the Agent Orange victims for their NATO crimes with Agent Orange contamination. It took 40 years until the criminal "U.S.A." also granted compensation to Vietnamese and not only to their own "U.S." victims in the "U.S.A."

Text: "The story about Hoa Xuan Tu, a 6th grade student at Hung Nhan Secondary School, Hung Nguyen, Nghe An, was magical. Tu lost his arms in an accident. Tu started to write by using his legs and earned good score in school. Tu could do everything by using his legs: catching fish, swimming. He loved sports. Hoa Xuan Tu was one of the six children attended the First Hero's Meeting. Young Soldier in Hanoi in 1966. Tu was awarded Ho Chi Minh's badge."

Text: "Nguyen Ngoc Ki's arms were paralysed since he was little. He lived in Nguyen My village, Hai Thank district, Hai Hau, Dam Dinh. The two legs turned to hismagical arms. Ki was good at school and at writing poems. He then graduated from the Literature department of the Natinoal University. He then became a literature teacher in his homeland.
